How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders are processed for shipping as quickly as possible and are estimated to be delivered within 5 business days, except on holidays or when the postal service is experiencing delays.
How much does shipping cost?
Great news! We offer free shipping on all orders within the US. For Canadian orders, there is a shipping fee of $14.50 and $10.00 to all other international countries.
How do I check the delivery status of my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can also contact our Customer Happiness team at mail@radiant.me with any questions or concerns, we’re always happy to help!
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Germany, France, United Kingdom, South Africa, Mexico, Philippines, and Norway.
How do I cancel an order?
We're always eager to get packages out the door as fast as possible, which means that making changes to an order after it's been placed can be tricky. Unfortunately, if it's been more than three hours since you placed your order, or you've already received a tracking number, it's likely too late to prevent your order from shipping. But don't worry, we're here to help in any way we can! What is your refund guarantee?

How Do I Return My Product?
Please note that we can provide return instructions for Radiant Me supplement products. If you are also seeking assistance with pausing Radiant Life, or refunding another program offered by Radiant Me, please contact Customer Happiness.
What If I Receive A Damaged Product?
That’s not how it should be! Just contact us and we’ll send you a new bottle.
What Happens If My Package Never Arrived?
What a bummer! Just contact us and we’ll get a new one out to you.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
We'll process your refund as soon as we receive an email containing your completed return form and valid tracking number. If we do not receive your complete return form with valid tracking number, a refund will be processed once our warehouse has recorded your return. Please note, it may take up to 3 weeks for returns to be processed depending on postal delivery times and warehouse availability.
